totally depends on intend structure.
set of schematics / plans structural architect
absolute necessity answer this.
without these dangerous forte' go ahead.(on assumptions)
seek of competent building/structural engineer.

nb; concrete not possess same inherent strength.
varies enormously depending on structure in question.

the walls , floors of rectangle/square building concrete , built in situ. need reinforcement of kind , if what, , necessary transfer loads beams etc or walls sufficiently load-bearing? thanks
