trying understand this. have universities , tons of information on music theory, did have of grasp on music theory today? maybe version of history wrong given have know schools dedicated strictly music theory, entire books on , information have know of music. or maybe wrong, maybe nothing has changed music theory? may stuck in way of thinking music evolves technology, possibly nothing has changed or been added since 1700s. did have same knowledge of music theory have today?
