Ethernet adapter not working properly?


have installed windows 8 , not able connect internet , not recognise wireless connection or wired. error in troubleshooter says ethernet adapter not working properly. when in device management there exclamation mark on other devices, network controller. says device drivers not installed code 28. have searched every drivers cant find right one. please help
