How to persuade my parents to get me a sewing machine?


crafts , stuff, , desperately need sewing machine crafts doing. honest, hand sticthing really, bad, that's out of question.

asked parents if sewing machine me, , said yes, it'd have birthday or christmas. know sound good, problem is, birthday day before christmas! have wait practically year! , need machine project.

there's mini, portable sewing machine on amazon have researched , looks quite good. cost £16 , have more enough money pay myself. however, when asked parents if they'd let me buy it, , said no. "it's bad , you'll need machine that'll last longer." "besides, it's small, wouldn't able fit of material in it!"

actually, projects able fit in palm of hand, there no size issue here, mum.

please help. can come way persuade them let me spend money way want to?
