I am having problem in getting desired output from my transformer?


transformer's output 24v ac on multimeter (240v - 24v transformer) i.e 12-0-12....but when connecting circuit multimeter shows 2v output. not getting why happening ! can problem ?
circuit contains 4 diodes(bridge rectifier) 550 ohms each. capacitor 4.2 ohms, regulator 796 ohms !
