What do i owe HMRC and when?


hi everyone,

first of new business please bare me.

set limited company on 26th of february 2013.

understand registered director , have pay 20% tax , nic.

have few questions-
1) technically "self employed"?
2) started company 2 months before tax year ends, have complete tax return these 2 months or add onto next years?
3) can pay hmrc @ end of year (2014) of tax , ni? or if not, when / how do this?
4) employee of company, paying myself - need registered self assessment or automatically done when registered company hmrc website?
5) corporation tax? how calculated , how need set aside?
6) paye in easy terms? have got software allow me provide payslips employees (me). guess hmrc ask have paid people @ end of year?

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
