How do I clean my contacts properly?


monthly lenses don't need enzyme tablets. used on conventional lenses ( non disposables) because of protein buildup on lenses.

if need them because of protein buildup on lenses, should switching 2 week lens instead.

if use opti-free , excellent @ removing daily buildup start with.

i'm on soft monthlies. chain doesn't sell enzyme know need it, how use stuff properly?
