Traveling alone to the philippines in april...?


i'm young, not sex tourist, , have been country prior native. alone , need advice on traveling , safety. enjoy nightlife drinking. i'm friendly , attractive i'm worried wont have fun , meet people if i'm being overly cautious. stay in manila few nights , venture off northern provinces , fly down cebu visit friend. love adventure , getting off beaten track i've never traveled alone before i'm not sure expect. should book hotels smaller towns outside of manila before hand or 1 when arrive? advice.
