How to get over my first car accident?


yesterday morning rear ended someone. there $800 of damage car , mine totalled. im fine , says (hopefully). know should happy being ok , parents are. didnt yell @ me said more careful. feel stupid , bad it. have swerved more wouldnt hit , should have slowed down slower instead of slamming on brakes because icy. family doesnt have lot of money , mom , dad work government huge pay cuts did this. fault , feel have done different avoid this. im scared of driving because dont want else happen , roads still bad , im afraid of not knowing if happens again , dont know how on this.

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
