Is this a poem "Changing Times"?

world changing
youth on our side
decade turned
president killed
convulsions on hatred
streets alive noise
there in time
place
thought kings
no castle or fortress
no lands conquer or rule
alive
vibrant
, moved through city packs of wolves
devouring
without concern or reason
drugs, liquor, women
cared not tomorrow
cities burning
, @ war
ourselves
our culture, our country
in turmoil
taken away
taught kill
taught die
eighteen , ten thousand miles away
kings no more
stragglers times
trying make sense of senseless
arriving @ middle age in time find
world had changed again
there new kings
these kings had no honor
greed
watched in horror distance
these new kings couldn't read
couldn't write
couldn't think
brains suck technology world's straw
rapid fire
moving , moving
telling whole lives machine
motionless
sitting staring handheld boxes
fingers moving faster , faster
not noticing
flock of wild geese overhead moving north
spring

the world changing youth on our side decade turned president killed convulsions on hatred streets alive noise there in time place thought kings no castle or fortress no lands conquer or rule alive vibrant , moved...
