When is the best time to buy new skis?


best time new skis! last big holiday weekend (presidents' day) skiing over, stores having clearance sales. season winding down , on mid late march. problem sizes may sold out may not first choice if have ski , size in mind.

if can afford new skis, new skis. if you're budget limited can used skis, pays research know buying when getting used skis.

stores sell off return season leases, or hold ski swaps in fall, september october, or can check out used sporting goods stores play again sports,craigslist, or ebay. i'm kind of wary of craigslist or ebay because can't accurately see buying in advance, , i've been burned couple of times ski merchandise there. photos aren't accurate, check return policy if buy off of ebay or online. prefer buying local store, way have recourse if goes wrong, , need skis serviced.

i have skied around 10 or times , have been wanting set of skis don't have rent or borrow. when best time buy them in order save money? should used or new?

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
