A question about paid sick leave?


few companies cash out sick pay when leave. compare auto insurance. better pay insurance , not use it. better lose sick pay have used it. rather not have been sick. have lost hundreds of sick days in career. glad lost them rather have been sick

my question is...when quit job , still have remaining sick time left, job cash out you? didn't think did that. know vacation , personal days do, not sick time. have 145 hours of sick time @ job. entitled money?
