have custom made orthotics due high arches in feet. avid runner , hate hate hate hate running heavy shoes on , custom inserts heavy. ever since thanksgiving have not been wearing custom made inserts shoes, , doing okay. have been experiencing shin splints (something have never had before). not wearing arches in shoes cause of shin splints?
