How do you improve your speed for sprinting?


sprinting need strength, power, , speed
1. lifting weights.
2. being able body-weight exercises push-ups in order build strong core.
3. reaction drills.
need technique
4. practice lot of drills perfect stroke
don't need endurance
5. learn swim hardest (work muscles , make them hurt) 25 or 50. @ most, swim 100 fast. in between that, lot of easy swimming work on technique. quality on quantity.
combination of power, technique, , speed great sprinter.
