Paints dried out? help!!!?


if meant paints in tubes solid @ cap, still have soft paint inside, may have clear top out use remaining paint ,

oils, if dried solid , not worth dissolving medium ,
if oils still pliable, can try medium extender, if coagulated, leave alone,

water colour paint, can try re-use water soluble,

italics ? if meant inks, may reusable or re constituted, use,

if had acrylics have hardened, not re-usable,
..

we have oil paints , artistic water colour paints italics witch have dried out. there still loads of paint in tubes , know how make them soft again. :)

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
