1. there no queen of england, , hasn't been on 300 years.

2. there queen, elizabeth ii, head of state 16 "commonwealth realms," including uk.

3. canada, , australia included, , canada alone worlds 2nd largest country.

4. in legal sense, crown "owns" land, , deed document giving more or less exclusive rights land. ultimate ownership still vested in crown. in canada, 85% of land "crown land," meaning not owned - exclusively crown's.

5. "crown" entity government, headed queen.

6. so, queen not own land - can not sell off , pocket money. however, human face of crown, does, crown owns land in uk, canada, australia, new zealand, , bunch of smaller places (mostly island nations).

Peugeot 106 door stuck open?

agree other contributors door stay/check arm not going in properly. however, having replaced 1 on 106 last tuesday, understand how work. if can contort in door stay goes in door, stay should flat , pass between 2 upright cylindrical rollers. should not able see end of stay, supposed hook behind 1 of rollers inside door itself. if rollers aren't upright, need new door stay assembly (about £25 peugeot). if stay no longer hooked behind rollers, rollers ok, may able put end of stay through. bit fiddly (i had when fitting new 1 car), 1 of rollers spring-loaded , has levered (you can manage shortish flat screwdriver , 3 skinned knuckles!) allow hooked tip of door stay pass through. not recommend "heavy friend" leaning on door, bend stay, or damage door. if end replacing stay assembly, have remove door inner trim panel @ roller bit. can give advice on fitting new 1 if needed, have typist's cramp @ moment(!), post again if need more help. luck. the door opened wide ,...
