Why is internet so slow only on my computer?


have deleted cookies, used registry cleaner delete viruses/error , antivirus. restarted router still didn't work.disconnected , connected internet nothing happened. in house there 2 laptops don't think usage of internet problem. talk hour or load youtube video , it's frustrating. there can make internet work fast on laptop?

10 year old who I babysit has hit me, etc. What should I do?
