Benefits of running hills for cross country?


running hills build stamina , speed have right. example go run , when hill sprint it. or can pick big hill , sprint jog down , take 10-20 second rest, 10-20 times recommend second way.

i'm in cross country , run on weekdays i've been getting pretty lazy on weekends want incorperate little bit of hill running weekend run can come on monday not feeling sick. know benefits of running hills before start
