My iphone 5 charger keeps giving me electric shocks?


everytime iphone charger plugged in , switched on not in phone small electric shocks. i've not seen online shocks small noticeable , have woken few times sensation. wasnt concerned until (for reason) began biting phone case (while on charge) - weird know, given sharp electric shock im not sure if normal pain in mouth , teeth painful , wonder should do?
