Which ram frequency do I have to buy?


when using cpu-z, regards memory, click on 'spd' tab. reveal more info have ram. slot number need changed reveal info on second stick.

mine reveals ram frequency of ~800 mhz 2 sticks of ddr3 1600 capable of other speeds , timings. have installed, run cpu-z again , find out have. give correct info on start looking for. able show empty ram slots.

mainboard tab identify board manufacturer, model number , bios revision. these important info when comes buying new ram.

through cpu-z i've found out memory dram runs @ 400 mhz.. have 2 x 1gb of ram want buy better 1 have @ least 4gb of ram. 400mhz frequency mean have buy 400mhz rams or can buy 1600mhz one? how determine 1 can buy?
