others have said, garbanzo beans. make hummus take 2 cups of cooked garbanzo beans ( cook them, soak them overnight , rince boil them until tender mushy, 20-30 minutes) or use canned ones, make sure rinse. put in blender 4 tablespoon of thaini sauce*, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice , 4 tablespoon of olive oil, salt taste. can skip lemon if wish. serve dip. can purchase humus @ grocery isles in dip or vegan section.
